Power Bar
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups almond
½ cup flax seeds
½ cup raisins / dates
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup peanut butter or nut butter
½ cup melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp sea salt
3 Tbsp honey
8 oz of dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
1. In food processor mix almonds, seeds, dates or raisins, coconut and peanut butter.
2. Melt coconut oil and honey with vanilla and mix into food processor.
3. Place in 8 x 8 glass baking dish and chill in fridge while you melt chocolate for topping.
4. When chocolate is melted place on top of chilled bar.
