Active Mobility Physiotherapy

Hi, my name is Anna Maria Hepp, and I am the owner of Active Mobility Physiotherapy. I have been working and training out of Undisputed Boxing for the past 3 years and I love it! I see and treat a variety of clients from professional to amateur boxers, athletes and the general population who come through our doors. At Undisputed Boxing we work as a team so we can provide you with the best ways to prevent or aide in injury recovery and set you up for success so you can achieve your personal fitness goals. I pride myself in working alongside you as we create an individualized treatment plan based off your goals and work towards it with a team effort. My goal is to help relieve pain, strengthen, and restore mobility through various techniques like dry needling, acupuncture, therapeutic exercises, and hands on work.
