Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
¼ cup almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup apple sauce ( unsweetened) or 1 banana
1 ½ cup gluten free quick oats
2 scoop protein
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Using ¼ cup place batter into hot pan and cook until golden brown eat side - keep warm in oven. Serve with fresh fruit.
